Tell us about yourself
Think in advance which answer is relevant to the interviewer and focus on telling him/her/them about the things that are relevant in conjunction with this position.
Why did you apply for this position?
What exactly was it that aroused your interest? Do the work tasks sound exciting, do you see development opportunities and the opportunity to learn something new, are you interested in this very company, have you heard that it is a good workplace, etc.?
Why should we hire you?
The applicant must be able to justify why he or she is the right person for the position. These can be personal characteristics, skills or experience – it is important that you clearly communicate the advantage of the company by selecting you for the position. In addition, you can mention how the position would motivate you and how you would do a good job because of it.
What are your strengths?
Focus on highlighting properties that are related to the particular job you applied for. Also highlight your positive qualities in general. For example, share feedback you've received from previous work colleagues. A good way is to give concrete examples that show how these strengths have been expressed.
Where do you need to develop further?
Here it is important that you are honest and humble in the view of your weaknesses – no one is flawless. Report on how you are working to improve and evolve. Tell the interviewer/s/ what your personal development goals are.
Why did you choose this course of study?
Explain the background to your decision to study. Was there a particular interest at that time, has your interest changed over time? Are there any choices where you would decide differently today? Explain what you felt was a challenge in your education.

Share your experiences, explain how they can be useful in this particular job. Try identifying potential needs in the company and at this post and explain how you can meet that need.
How good are your teamwork skills?
Give a few examples of good teamwork – tell what was good and don't forget to be as specific as possible. Also, tell what role you had, what role you normally play in a group, and how it will take the group on.
How do you deal with stress?
In order for the interviewer/s/ to get an idea that is true, it is important that you become concrete. Tell him/her/them about a situation that you experienced and that was stressful. What happened and how did you deal with it? Try to be clear when you describe how you feel, when you get stressed and how you feel stress.
Do you like to take responsibility?
Tell him/her/them about a situation in which you have taken responsibility – this can be responsibility for yourself, but also responsibility for others, for example in projects at school or in previous workplaces. Tell him/her/them what your relationship to responsibility is – does high responsibility spur you on, do you want a lot of direct responsibility or do you want to grow with the task and the responsibility?
